Responsibilities- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations for the portfolio.
- Coding invoices and expense reports to the General Ledger (GL).
- Billing properties accurately and timely.
- Handling payroll allocations efficiently and accurately.
- Processing accounts payable.
- Preparing Sales & Use Tax Returns.
- Participating in the annual budget process, providing valuable insights and analysis to assist in strategic decision-making.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Property Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations for a portfolio.
- Demonstrated ability to code invoices and expense reports to the GL.
- Experience in billing properties and payroll allocations.
- Proficiency in accounts payable processing.
- Experience in preparing Sales & Use Tax Returns.
- Familiarity with the annual budget process.
- High proficiency in MS Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
