Job Overview

Salary: $22.00 per hour

Position Summary:

Are you a reliable and diligent individual who excels in a dynamic work environment? Tender Lawn Care is on the lookout for a full-time Lawn Care Maintenance Specialist who takes pride in providing exceptional landscaping services.

Work Schedule:

7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate commercial-grade Zero Turn mowers following company standards for cutting and height.
  • Perform string trimming and edging at various job locations.
  • Utilize backpack blowers to clear surfaces post-mowing and trimming.
  • Transport equipment using company vehicles.
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and timely work approach.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Dependability in arriving on time and completing daily tasks.
  • Prior experience in commercial mowing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding high-quality standards.
