Description

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a motivated and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic team focused on transforming the lives of children with autism. As a dedicated and passionate professional, you will play a vital role in helping parents and children grow together. You will constantly challenge yourself to acquire new skills, try innovative methods, and adapt to better support each child. Our approach emphasizes natural play to teach foundational skills, such as self-advocacy and communication. Every child's success is unique, and we strive to do everything necessary to enable them to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a caseload of clients.
  • Ensure the oversight of clinical quality, prescription fulfillment, ethical practice, and client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive coordination of care with ABA services.
  • Maintain a caseload of 30-40 sessions or 25 billable hours per week.
  • Update progress reports for assigned clients and properly document all activities according to professional and funder guidelines.
  • Keep current with professional literature, research, and best practices.
  • Develop, implement, and drive processes to improve client outcomes.
  • Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community through clinical presentations and collaboration with staff and BCBAs.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • State Licensure.
  • Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to meet the needs of the team across the organization.
