Position Overview:
Boulder Community Health is actively seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner in the Neonatal Care unit to oversee and deliver comprehensive patient care.
Compensation:
$72 per hour - Per Diem, Nights. Additional compensation for weekend shifts.

Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Colorado RN license in good standing. Preferred candidates will have six months to one year of clinical nursing experience in intensive care nursery, perinatal, ICU, or emergency department settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients and their families, addressing biopsychosocial and spiritual needs to facilitate self-care and discharge planning.
- Evaluate the competencies of ancillary staff and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Develop and prioritize patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, utilizing ongoing assessments.
- Ensure the execution of interventions and provide patient education based on established care guidelines.
- Manage care for high-risk newborns in the Neonatal Care unit.
- Coordinate, evaluate, and adjust patient care plans based on feedback from patients, families, and the healthcare team.
