About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service at the register, engage with customers, and provide guidance during checkout.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, manage cash register, payments, and exchanges.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor organized.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
  • Technical Skills: 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
  • Licensure/Registration: Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Focus: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to work towards sales goals and objectives.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.
