Job Overview

Our expanding legal practice, Grafton Firm, LLC, is in search of a dedicated attorney to effectively represent our clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with both senior partners and administrative personnel to ensure optimal client service.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft a variety of legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
  • Conduct thorough research and prepare legal briefs, pleadings, and motions.
  • Evaluate client requirements, identify solutions, and formulate case strategies.
  • Advocate for clients in court, presenting motions during legal proceedings.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to client invoicing, scheduling meetings, and completing necessary assignments.
Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited law school with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in legal research software (Westlaw and Lexis) is essential.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite are required.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities.
  • Active membership in the local bar association is preferred.
