Your Role in Delivering Exceptional Care

As a RN Cath Lab FT, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional care to our patients in the catheterization lab. Your expertise and compassion will make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take the lead in prioritizing, coordinating, and delegating care touchpoints for patients.
  • Explain procedures to patients and families, ensuring they understand their care plan.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Maintain a safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
  • Monitor and engage with patients, families, and care teams regarding significant events or patient condition changes.
  • Ensure continuity of care, efficient throughput, and consistent communication.
Requirements
  • Current nursing license to practice in Louisiana.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Experience in an acute care hospital preferred.
