As a key member of our firm, you will collaborate with senior legal professionals to manage a diverse portfolio of construction and commercial litigation matters. Your expertise will be essential in addressing pre-litigation construction lien and payment bond claims, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Assess client concerns, evaluate legal avenues, and propose optimal strategies.
  • Legal Analysis: Perform comprehensive legal research, prepare for hearings, and offer sound legal advice.
  • Documentation: Draft essential legal documents including contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Case Management: Maintain organized case files to guarantee precision and effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to facilitate case resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to interact with all levels of personnel and clients.
  • Legal Credentials: Must be a member in good standing with the ABA and possess a J.D. from an accredited institution.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to client success.
  • Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years of relevant legal practice and successful completion of the bar exam.
