HVAC Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Superintendent to lead our residential new construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical performance of our mechanics, communicating effectively with builders and office staff, and driving project profitability.

• Lead and manage a team of mechanics to deliver high-quality work on residential new construction projects
• Communicate effectively with builders, office staff, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Evaluate the quality of work at each phase of construction and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with complex project installation challenges and effectively communicate challenges or delays to the project manager
• Ensure project profitability and meet deadlines for completion

• 8+ years of residential install experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience communicating with builders
• Experience managing tradesmen and subcontractors
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Leadership ability
