Responsibilities
- Store Operations Management: Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee all store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and enthusiastic store crew to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Financial Management: Manage key financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Customer Service: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Age and Education: 18 years of age or older (21 years of age for all other states) and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Transportation: Access to a car or other motorized vehicle and liability insurance on such vehicle.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
