Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team at Texas Labor, Corp. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of welding and fabrication tasks to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all necessary welding and fabrication operations with minimal supervision, including layout and welding in various positions using automatic and non-automatic welders.
  • Work from blueprints, sketches, specifications, and oral instructions to ensure accurate and high-quality work.
  • Direct the work of others and be responsible for the quality of work produced by those under your supervision.
  • May be required to pass certification welding tests to demonstrate proficiency in welding techniques.
  • Own and maintain small hand tools necessary for the job.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
  • Ability to read and understand weld symbols and use weld gauges.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
