Senior Nursing Care Specialist

Weekend Shift OpportunitiesWe offer weekend shift opportunities for nursing professionals who are available to work two consecutive 16-hour shifts. Our available shifts are:
- 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM Saturday/Sunday
- 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM Saturday/Sunday
Please note that candidates must work two consecutive 16-hour shifts.

- Baylor Pay - Work 32 hours and get paid for 40 hours

As a nursing professional at Florissant Valley Health & Rehab, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality nursing care that exceeds company and regulatory standards
- Assessing and documenting resident conditions and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implementing physicians' orders
- Assigning nursing care to team members in accordance with resident needs
- Administering medications and starting IVs
- Ensuring supplies are used economically and equipment is maintained
To be considered for this opportunity, you must:
- Be a graduate of an accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing
- Have one year of nursing experience (preferred)
- Hold a valid LPN or RN license for the state of Missouri
- Have valid CPR certification
- Be able to maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
- Be able to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Be able to communicate effectively with residents and their family members
- Be able to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Be able to maintain confidentiality
