Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service during their stay.
- Change and replace soiled linens and towels, ensuring beds are made to high standards.
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents for different surfaces in compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk regarding room status and maintenance needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations.
- Conduct self-inspections of rooms and accept feedback from management.
- Participate in cross-training for laundry, maintenance, or front desk roles as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Preferred experience of at least 1 year in hotel cleaning or a similar role.
- 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
- Professional appearance in provided uniforms is essential.
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments.
- Flexibility to switch tasks frequently and work independently.
- Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
