  • Foster a culture of safety awareness and enthusiasm.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and report findings promptly.

  • Ensure all employees are equipped with and utilize appropriate protective gear.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.
  • Experience with MRP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to work various shifts as needed.

Knowledge Requirements

  • Understanding of regulated industries, including FDA and ISO standards.
  • Preferred knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes.
  • Insight into world-class manufacturing practices is advantageous.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for various tasks.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Engineering degree is a plus.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a focus on planning, scheduling, and lean implementation.
