• Interact with nursing staff to ensure accurate diet prescriptions and patient food needs.
  
• Adhere to facility confidentiality and patient rights policies.
  
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
  
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food quality and safety.
  
• Complete reports as outlined in corporate policies and procedures.
