Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a LPN/LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and coordinate patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and document care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills in nursing practices.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.
  • Must be able to travel.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to sufficiently reposition patients and move equipment without assistance.

Work Environment:

  • Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions.
  • Possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases.
