We are seeking a charismatic and skilled Bartender to join our team at our Gatlinburg location. This role involves crafting signature and traditional bar favorites, showcasing knowledge of all Smoky Mountain Brewery brand beers, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about local events, willing to go above and beyond for guests and colleagues, and practice safe alcohol service while still having a good time. As a member of our team, you will also enjoy benefits such as medical, vision, dental, and meal discounts.

Requirements:

• A team player with a sense of humor
• Ability to smile easily and often
• Strong math and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Capability to stand, bend, and walk throughout the workday
• Prior restaurant experience preferred

Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
