Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex customer support activities on gas compression and rotating equipment inside customer plants and in the field under general supervision. Act as a subject matter expert for equipment in assigned areas. Mentor and train other technicians on technical aspects and soft skills.

Requirements:
Demonstrate expert diagnostic, highly efficient troubleshooting, investigation, maintenance, and repair skills on multiple OEM compression/rotating equipment and drivers. Coordinate, prioritize, and resolve issues encountered by service technicians in the plant & field. Responsible for leading a team performing Daily Maintenance (DM), Major Maintenance (MM), Overhaul & Preventive Maintenance (PM) to established standards with no assistance.
