We are seeking an Information Security Intern to join our team. This role will provide opportunities to gain hands-on experience in reviewing documentation of runbooks, alert logic, policies, and procedures. You will assist with compliance to audit, regulatory, and legal requirements, and gain knowledge of security trends, threats, and attack techniques. Additionally, you will help research, innovate, and continuously cover malicious activity in custom intelligence research tools. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of security trends, threats, and attack techniques will be essential to your success in this role.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in computer science, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • High energy and intellectual curiosity.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Ability to apply previous experience and knowledge to new situations and problems.
  • Certification or demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Windows System Administration.
  • Basic understanding of basic cyber attack methods (phishing, malware, ransomware, social engineering, etc.).

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
