Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by physicians, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) scanners, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans for imaging procedures, taking into account their medical history, age, and other relevant factors.
  • Operate CT scanners, adjusting settings and parameters as needed to ensure high-quality images.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Provide patient education and support, addressing any concerns or questions they may have about imaging procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, imaging procedures, and results.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited 24-month Radiological Technology Program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, current.
  • ARRT registered; CT Certification or acquired within 6 months.
  • 1-3 years minimum CT experience.
