Your Role

As a Sales Associate at Spencer Gifts, you will be responsible for maintaining guest services, efficiently operating the point of sale system, and supporting the store management team in generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the store management team in achieving sales goals, through effective merchandising, signage, and inventory management.
  • Conduct regular visual inspections to ensure the store meets company standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, new arrivals, and product features to provide informed recommendations to customers.
