Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ICU nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced intensive care unit setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a 12-hour shift, night schedule.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in ICU nursing.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and ICU experience required.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week in a 12-hour shift, night schedule.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
