The Dietary Representative provides nutrition care services to hospital patients, including menu preparation, printing, and correction. They maintain an electronic patient nutrition record in Food Service system applications software, prepare food production tallies and reports, and perform telephonic patient interviews for menu selection.

• Maintain accurate and timely generation of reports and processes.
• Process and implement diet orders according to protocols.
• Maintain electronic patient nutrition record and update with patient's food preferences, allergies, and individualized needs.
• Correct menus for patients receiving therapeutic diets to ensure nutrition adequacy and accuracy.
• Coordinate communication between the kitchen production team and the patient tray delivery staff.
• Communicate daily with nursing staff and clinical nutrition staff to ensure the highest quality patient care.
• Set up and process tube feeding, nourishments, and snacks.
• Print patient labels for assembly.
• Assist patient tray service team when needed.

• Licenses and Certifications: Food Service/Food Handlers Card - Food Handlers Card Required.
