Rehabilitation Specialist Job Description

Avera De Smet Memorial Hospital seeks a skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and Implement Patient Care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Institution
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of South Dakota
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work Collaboratively as Part of a Multidisciplinary Team
