Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

• Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
• Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure seamless patient care

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is a plus
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is an asset
