Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, preferably in nightlife.
  • Familiarity with various liquor brands, beers, wines, and preparation methods is preferred.
  • Must meet the legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must possess a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members.
  • Certification in alcohol awareness and/or food service permits as required by local regulations.
  • Ability to read and write effectively for order taking and paperwork.
  • Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand and move throughout the venue during shifts.
  • Capability to handle food and beverage items safely and efficiently.
  • Willingness to bend, stoop, and kneel as required.
