Puget Sound Kidney Centers Dialysis Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to provide high-quality patient care in our dialysis centers and contracted local hospitals. As a Dialysis Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Staff Nurse to provide care for renal dialysis patients, following specific protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care and education on dialysis procedures
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the Registered Staff Nurse
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current CHT or CCHT certification
  • Current Washington State MA-HT certification, or ability to obtain
  • AIDS/HIV certificate desired
  • Current CPR with BLS certification with American Heart Association required
Working Conditions:

10-13 hour shifts, AM or PM available. Must be currently active and have a minimum of less than 1 year of experience. Minimum guaranteed hours: 36. Holiday coverage required.
