Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans, making adjustments as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current California RN License
  • Current BLS (CPR) certificate through the American Heart Association
