HRIS Coordinator

SWBC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HRIS Coordinator. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients and employees, ensuring seamless support and implementation of our software solutions.

• Provide timely and effective support to clients via telephone and online channels.
• Analyze and troubleshoot product/service issues, escalating them to Level IIs or Management as needed.
• Assist in developing support plans for clients and engage with prospects to understand their HRIS needs.
• Participate in discovery sessions with customers to define requirements and stay up-to-date on the latest product features and functionality.
• Act as a subject matter expert, both internally and with customers, and build delivery best practices and processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service.
• Proficiency with technology and ability to retain information and apply gained knowledge to the next situation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and understand a client's organizational needs.
