A dynamic technology firm is in search of a Revenue Operations Leader to oversee revenue recognition, monthly revenue closure, account reconciliations, audits, and revenue reporting and disclosures.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete revenue recognition process, including the month-end and quarter-end revenue closure activities, ensuring the review and approval of account adjustments and monthly reconciliations.
  • Evaluate revenue agreements in NetSuite to guarantee accurate revenue recognition in line with corporate policies and accounting standards.
  • Analyze fair value assessments for agreements with multiple performance obligations.
  • Maintain a holistic perspective of the Order-to-Cash process while collaborating across various departments.
  • Supervise monthly revenue closure tasks, including the preparation of journal entries related to revenue and deferred revenue, along with necessary reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to manage revenue forecasting, budgeting processes, and the explanation of revenue variances.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with the application of ASC 606.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Financials/NetSuite is advantageous.
