Job Title: Community Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Therapist to join our team at Pathway Family Services LLC. As a Community Therapist, you will work directly with children, youth, and their families in our residential treatment program to assist in learning important skills and techniques to maintain stability and permanency in the home.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with children, youth, and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote healthy relationships and coping skills.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources to provide clients with access to necessary services.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in human service-related field.
  • State required clinical licensure.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with youth/families experiencing developmental, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.
