Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ambulatory Registered Nurse to join our Cardiopulmonary team at Mercy Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate care delivery, and advocate for patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyze data, and create plans of care.
  • Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to state and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Act as a patient safety advocate, participating in quality improvement initiatives and incorporating the professional practice model into care delivery.
Requirements
  • Valid nursing license from the state of practice.
  • BLS Basic Life Support certification (preferred).
  • Associate of Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (required); Bachelors of Science in Nursing (preferred).
