Job Summary
We are seeking a mid-level real estate associate to join our Real Estate & Land Use practice group. This position is open to multiple offices, and we are looking for an individual with a strong academic record, excellent legal writing and drafting skills, and a passion for real estate law.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
- Conduct research and analysis on complex real estate matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Participate in the development of business strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant transactional real estate experience.
- Excellent law school academic record.
- Superior legal writing and drafting skills.
- Enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law.
