About the Role

Seegrid is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of various electrical and mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities
  • Integrate components to industrial trucks and verify operation to specifications
  • Assemble, test, and calibrate electronic components for manufacturing
  • Assemble and verify engineering changes and prototypes
  • Assist with set up and maintenance of assembly, test systems, and processes
  • Calibrate and maintain calibration and test equipment used in manufacturing
  • Document work activities and results
Desirable Qualifications

Experience with PCB assembly and testing, ability to read and follow assembly and test instructions and procedures, ability to perform light and heavy mechanical and electrical assemblies, understanding of operations and assembly of electrical (AC and DC) systems, knowledge of cables, harnesses' fabrication and systems' wiring, knowledge of electronic, electrical, and mechanical components and functionality, current driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include shift work, overtime, and possibly weekend work. Good written and verbal communication skills, two-year technical degree or 5-6 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, strong work ethic, flexible and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, hands-on, quality-conscious, and customer-focused, computer literate, soldering certification to IPC standards preferred, experience configuring electromechanical systems, to include loading of software/firmware, preferred, ability to travel occasionally (
