Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, and verifying insurance and collecting payment.
  • Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
  • Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness programs.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
  • Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
