  • A Master's degree in social work, human services, or a related field.
  • A CAC-AD license.
  • At least three years of experience in substance abuse treatment and administration.
  • Strong clinical and administrative skills, with expertise in program development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
