About the Role

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Training Registered Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering patients to take control of their dialysis treatments at home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate prospective patients on the benefits of home dialysis and provide personalized training on their chosen modality.
  • Collaborate with Nephrologists to develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Conduct educational workshops to ensure our team stays up-to-date on the latest technologies and evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and lab results to ensure the safety and success of their chosen modality.
  • Provide on-call support to patients through our answering service.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • 12 months of experience in nursing.
  • Additional 3 months of experience with specific modality.
  • Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from accredited school; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); or three year diploma from accredited program.
