We are seeking a skilled Production Specialist to join our team at QPS Employment Group. As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing power and air tools, connecting cables and wiring, and inspecting and testing completed units to ensure they meet specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize power and air tools to assemble and manufacture custom ambulances
  • Connect cables and wiring according to specifications to ensure proper function
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine components, parts, and assembly sequences
  • Inspect and test completed units to ensure they meet specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements
  • Acquire knowledge of company products and materials needed for production
Requirements
  • Previous mechanical tools and saw experience, as well as company product knowledge, is a plus
  • Self-starter with good work discipline and excellent communication skills
  • Candidates must have a proven track record of several years of solid work history
  • Ability to stand, walk, grip, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use senses of sight, touch, sound, and smell
  • Specific vision ability, including distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
