Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our Dialysis Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team and help us deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Arkansas
  • BLS certification within 14 days of hire
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic medical records
