We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at Carilion Clinic. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer treatments and medications accurately and document patient care in electronic medical records.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or eligible to obtain Virginia RN licensure.
- Obtain CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as needed.
- Computer skills required for electronic medical records (EPIC).
- Successfully complete orientation and competency requirements.
