About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring our villas are clean, comfortable, and ready for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the entirety of villas, including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms, to the highest standards.
  • Complete assigned tasks within the scheduled shift, including replacing guest amenities and reporting room status.
  • Fill and transport housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and return them to the designated area at the end of the shift.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, welcoming and greeting guests, and anticipating and addressing their needs.
Requirements
  • Available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
