The successful candidate will have experience in manufacturing environments and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely production by identifying present and future capacities with respect to manpower and equipment.
  • Managing labor costs to productivity standards while deploying resources effectively.
  • Providing leadership to all shifts to ensure fair and consistent application of processes and procedures.

**Requirements:**

Preferred degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience in manufacturing environments.

Experience with an ERP system, IQMS preferred.

Excellent computer skills and intermediate-high Excel skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented business environment.
