We are seeking a Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and direction for our product development teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience in leading teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical direction and guidance for development projects
  • Lead and motivate development teams to deliver high-quality software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide hands-on coaching and support to development staff
  • Advises and manages external outsourcing for workforce planning as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • 2+ years of experience as a software development lead or manager
  • Excellent skills in collaboration, communication, and working well with teams
  • Proficient with cross-functional collaboration and strong in forging relationships across groups
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable in technology, horse racing, pari-mutuel wagering, gaming, sports wagering, and/or experience in a start-up environment
