About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Services Provider to join our team at Riverside Healthcare. This role plays a vital part in supporting the emotional and psychological wellbeing of our employees.

Responsibilities

• Offer individual and group counseling sessions to employees, addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.
• Develop and deliver educational programs and workshops on mental health topics, stress management, and workplace wellbeing.
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to create policies and procedures that promote employee wellbeing and prevent burnout.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes, using statistical data to inform future service delivery.
• Embed Pet Therapy as a core component of our employee assistance program, leveraging its therapeutic benefits.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
