As a Skilled Automotive Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building loyalty by ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned, adhering to dealership and factory standards to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
  • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform authorized repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to recommend necessary repairs and ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
  • Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
  • Maintain an inventory of specialized tools and stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and training classes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention.
Performance Metrics
  • Your performance as a Skilled Automotive Service Technician will be measured by achieving targeted production, sales, and customer satisfaction index goals.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Three or more years of experience as a manufacturer-certified dealership technician.
  • Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, or Porsche OEM experience preferred.
  • Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs).
  • Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
