General Manager Opportunity at Road Ranger LLC

Road Ranger LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at our Elk Run Heights, IA location. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a positive work environment, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, manage cash and inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices and improve product offerings
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of retail or restaurant management experience, a strong track record of leadership and team management, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
