Core Responsibilities

  • Safely navigate public roads and construction sites, adhering to DOT regulations, public safety laws, and the Company's Safety Program.
  • Deliver materials using assigned vehicles in a legal, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications and orders for all materials delivered.
  • Operate the vehicle according to manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
  • Meet client requirements with a focus on satisfaction.
  • Complete and submit all delivery documentation accurately.
  • Exercise sound judgment in various driving conditions and comply with all traffic laws.
  • Maintain regular communication with dispatch regarding delivery status.
  • Conduct thorough daily inspections of vehicles and equipment.
  • Keep assigned trucks in safe and clean condition, performing necessary maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Assist with other duties related to the vehicle and plant operations as directed.
  • Attendance at scheduled shifts is essential.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
