Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) to join our dynamic endocrinology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endocrinology, internal medicine, primary care or related fields and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with endocrine disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures related to endocrine conditions.
  • Educate patients and their families about endocrine disorders, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide support and guidance to patients regarding medication management and adherence.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
  • Manage a workload of 18 patients per day.
  • Be willing to work at both Scottsdale and Chandler clinic locations.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C).
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an NP or PA-C in Arizona.
  • Prior experience in endocrinology, internal medicine, primary care or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care and maintaining high professional standards.
