Laryngology Specialist

The Department of Otolaryngology at the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine, is seeking a highly qualified academic clinician to join our team as an Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Laryngology and Bronchoesophagology. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical care, conducting research, and teaching trainees in the field of laryngology.

• Provide high-quality clinical care to patients with complex voice, swallowing, and upper airway disorders.
• Conduct research in the field of laryngology, with a focus on advancing the understanding and treatment of laryngeal diseases.
• Teach and mentor trainees in the Department of Otolaryngology, including residents and fellows.
• Participate in departmental programs, including quality improvement initiatives and educational events.

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Otolaryngology.
• Eligibility for a California medical license.
• Fellowship training in Laryngology.
• Experience with evaluation and management of complex voice, swallowing, and upper airway disorders.

• Experience in academic medicine, including teaching and research.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
