Position Overview:

Pep Boys is seeking a seasoned Creative Brand Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative brand strategies that elevate our brand identity, drive customer engagement, and fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to position Pep Boys as the leading choice for auto services.

Lead the creative process, overseeing a team of creative resources who assist in building assets, from concept development to execution, ensuring timely deliverables.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, providing guidance and feedback to the team to maintain consistency across all channels.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep creative strategies innovative.

Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages team members to share ideas, experiment with new approaches, and push creative boundaries.

Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Leverage AI tools to enhance workflow, streamline processes, and improve the quality of creative outputs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related fields with equivalent work experience.

Proven experience (5+ years) in creative leadership roles, preferably within retail or automotive industries.

Portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across various mediums, including digital, print, social media, and video.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design and project management tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
